For UK returns, you have 28 days from the date of receipt to return any unused items in their original condition. Please note that a £2.50 deduction will be applied to your refund to cover the return label cost. For lingerie and swimwear, the hygiene sticker must remain intact to be eligible for a refund.
If your purchase was made through TikTok Live Shopping, please initiate your return through the TikTok platform, as we are unable to process these returns through other methods.
We offer two convenient return methods:
InPost Lockers: £2.50
This is our quickest and easiest option. You can find these 24/7 lockers at various locations like supermarkets and train stations. To use this method:
Visit our returns portal to generate a QR code
Package your items (no need to attach anything to the parcel)
Scan the QR code at the locker and place your parcel inside
(Please note that only one parcel can be returned per locker, but you can bundle up to two boxes together in a single bag. If you have multiple items, you will need to generate a separate returns code for each parcel using the same portal)
Royal Mail: £2.50
If you prefer, you can also return via Royal Mail:

Attach the label to your parcel, covering any old labels
Drop off at your nearest Royal Mail location and keep your proof of postage (Make sure all old labels are covered and drop it off at your nearest Royal Mail location. Keep your proof of postage receipt in case your parcel is lost)
Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 10 working days to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation once this is done.
