You have 28 days from the date of receipt to return any unused items in their original condition. For lingerie and swimwear, the hygiene sticker must remain intact to be eligible for a refund.
If your purchase was made through TikTok Live Shopping, please initiate your return via the TikTok platform, as we are unable to process these returns through other methods.
How Do I Return My Item?
Generate your return label to attach to the outside of your parcel via ZigZag:

- Please note: Royal Mail return labels cost £2.50.
- Make sure all old labels are fully covered or removed from the outside of your parcel.
- Please keep your proof of postage receipt in case your parcel is lost in transit.
Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed within 10 working days to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once this has been completed.
