Customers can earn points by:

• Spending money on the website or app (5 points for every £1 spent)
• Following Kaiia on Instagram (+50 points)
• Following Kaiia on TikTok (+50 points)
• Leaving a product review (+100 points)
• On their birthday (bonus points awarded once per year)
