How do customers join the loyalty programme?
Customers simply need to create an account or log in to their Kaiia account. They will automatically be enrolled and receive 200 points for signing up. -
Customers can share their unique referral link from their loyalty account. When the friend places their first order: The referrer receives £5 credit The friend receives £10 off their first £40+ order Rewards are added after the friend’s first purchase is completed.
